| Introduction | Savola Group announces its Board of Directors resolution issued on 29/04/2020 accepting the resignation of Dr. Ammr Khalid Kurdi (non-Board member -independent) from the Audit Committee membership due to his business commitments, which was submitted on 23/04/2020. The resignation shall be effective as of 01/05/2020.
In this regard, the Board thanked and expressed its sincere appreciation to Dr. Ammr Khalid Kurdi for his considerable contributions, efforts and cooperation through his participation in the Audit Committee activities, wishing him all the success in his future endeavors.
It is worth mentioning that the Audit Committee membership currently consists of four members, after the resignation of Dr. Kurdi, which is in line with the relevant laws, regulations, and Committee’s Charter that determined the membership to comprise of 3 to 5 members. |
