Mubasher: Kuwait reported 485 new cases of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on Wednesday, bringing its national case count to 6,289 so far, health authorities said in a statement.

The Gulf nation’s recoveries and fatalities from the coronavirus rose by 187 and 2, respectively, in the last 24 hours to stand at 2,219 and 42, respectively, according to the latest figures.

Moreover, a total of 4,028 cases are currently receiving necessary medical care at hospitals whilst 88 others are in the intensive care unit.
