Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Agthia Group announced the election of Khalifa Sultan Al Suwaidi as a new chairman of the company's board, according to a press release on Thursday.

The group also elected six board members for three years following the annual general meeting.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the first three months of 2020, the group's net profits declined by 33.3% to AED 26.637 million, compared to AED 39.946 million in the same period of 2019.
