Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday’s trading on a collective rise after the All-Share and the Premier markets settled higher by 1.87% and 2.44%, respectively, and the Main and the BK 50 indices edged up by 0.45% and 0.68%, respectively.

The market’s turnover went up by 16.8% to reach KWD 17.69 million when compared to KWD 15.14 million in the previous session. The trading volume rose by 12.3% to stand at 89.85 million shares from 80 million.

The banks segment headed nine risers with 2.5%, whereas the insurance sector was the only faller with 0.07%.

Real Estate Trade Centers (Marakez) came on top of the green zone with 20.34%, whereas IFA Hotels and Resorts led the red zone with 9.73%.

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) registered the highest turnover of KWD 5.13 million, the stock closed up 3.39%.

Ahli United Bank – Bahrain (AUB Bahrain) led the trading activity through the exchange of 26.52 million shares, the stock grew 1.81%.
