QNB Group, announced that Barclays Bank PLC, Credit Agricole CIB, ING, Mizuho, QNB Capital and Standard Chartered Bank (together “Joint Lead Managers”) have been mandated to arrange a benchmark-sized USD-denominated Regulation S Registered bond on behalf of QNB Group. A USD benchmark Reg S offerings under its Medium Term Note Program may follow subject to market conditions.
