Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Thursday’s trading in the green territory after the All-Share and the Premier markets had risen by 0.38% and 0.36%, respectively, and the Main and the BK 50 indices had grown by 0.43% and 0.3%, respectively.
The turnover shrank by 17% on a daily basis to reach KWD 16.23 million from KWD 19.55 million. The trading volume slipped by 1.5% to 82.2 million shares from 83.46 million.
The real estate segment came on top of nine risers with 0.86%, whereas the oil and gas instrument was the only faller with 0.21%.
First Dubai for Real Estate Development headed the green zone with 23%, whereas Al Deera Holding led the red zone with 7%.
The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) posted the highest turnover of KWD 4.02 million, the stock rose 0.27%.
Ahli United Bank – Bahrain (AUB Bahrain) led the trading activity through the exchange of 17.18 million shares, the stock closed up 0.57%.
