Mubasher: Saudi companies plan to invest in Iraq’s Akkas gas field, as per a recent agreement between the two countries, Reuters reported.

Both countries are also cooperating to ensure restoring the global oil market balance, in line with the recent output cuts by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), the OPEC+ alliance, and a number of major crude producers around the world.

Iraq’s Deputy Prime Minister and Acting minister of finance and oil, Ali Allawi, led a delegation that recently visited the kingdom, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
