Mubasher: Kuwait on Sunday reported 851 more cases of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) and seven new deaths, taking the tally to 27,043 infections and 212 fatalities, according to an official statement by the Ministry of Health.

The recoveries from COVID-19 in Kuwait surged by 1,230 in the past 24 hours to stand at 11,386.

At the moment, the total number of patients in the intensive care amount to 200, whilst the number of active cases has reached 15,445.
