ADX gains AED 3.27bn on Sunday
Turnover amounted to AED 73.96 million

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by 0.54% or 22.30 points to close Sunday's trading session at 4,141.61 points, unlike the negative performance on Thursday, 28 May.

The market cap value increased by AED 3.27 billion to AED 465.91 billion, compared to AED 462.64 billion during the previous session.

Turnover amounted to AED 73.96 million after around 33.52 million shares had been exchanged through 1,696 transactions.

The real estate sector topped the risers with 0.67%, while the energy segment led the losers with 0.55%.

Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries (Julphar) headed the green zone with 14.32%, while Waha Capital came on top of the red zone with 4.7%.

Emirates Telecommunications Group (Etisalat) registered the highest turnover of AED 17.23 million, while RAK Properties was the most active stock with 8.74 million shares.

Aldar Properties hit the top of the rising blue chips with 0.58%, while Dana Gas led the losing blue chips with 1.08%.
