Arab National Bank ANNOUNCES SIGNING of an insurance Agreement for group life insurance and property insurance program with a total annual premium of approximitly SR 2,290,383.78 with Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company. The duration of policies is one year with effect from 01/06/2020, the Board member Mr. Hisham Abdul Latif Al-Jabr, direct interest in the contract as he is the representative of the Arab National Bank on the Board of Directors of Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company. The Bank hereby confirms that no preferential treatment was given on these policies and they are within the usual course of business activity of the Bank. |
