Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) of Yanbu Cement Company has approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute SAR 1.25 per share as cash dividends to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2019.

With a total value of SAR 196.875 million, dividends represent around 12.5% of the company’s capital, according to a market disclosure on Thursday.

It is worth noting that the cement company distributed SAR 0.5 per share in dividends for H1-19.
