Cairo – Mubasher: Arab African International Bank (AAIB) will invest EGP 2 billion in the establishment of a new administrative building at Landmark Sabbour’s 1-NINETY in New Cairo. 

The new building will be established over about 52,000 square metres (sqm) at Office Park in 1-NINETY, a mixed-use development extending for 300,000 sqm with a built-up area of 45,000 sqm, Landmark Sabbour said in a statement on Monday.

The project, which has a total investment cost of EGP 33.75 billion, is expected to feature retail stores, serviced apartments, and administrative units.
