UAE - Mubasher: Mubadala Investment Company is reportedly considering the sale of a commercial centre and real estate assets to Aldar Properties, sources told Bloomberg.

Mubadala, which owns $232 billion assets, may sell the Galleria Mall on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), and some residential buildings in Abu Dhabi to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX)-listed company.

The sources referred that the talks on the deal are still in early stages, and may not lead to an agreement.

In May, the company's board approved Mubadala Development's issuance of $1.5 billion (AED 5.5 billion) new bonds.
