Mubasher: The premiere market and all-share indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Thursday down by 0.62% and 0.47%, respectively, the main market index also declined by 0.08%, while the BK main 50 index added 0.21%.

Liquidity increased by 79.7% as trading values amounted to KWD 33.51 million, compared with KWD 18.65 million on Wednesday.

Traded volumes also levelled up by 32.4% to 134.88 million shares, up from 101.91 million shares yesterday.

Nine sectoral indices ended the session in the red zone, led by financial services that lost 0.8%, while the real estate and telecom sectors added 0.97% and 0.06%, respectively.

Marakez topped the losing stocks, dropping by around 19%, while Sanam was the biggest gainer and advanced by 9.63%.

NBK registered the highest turnover with KWD 5.98 million, while AUB was the most actively traded stock with 26.22 million shares.
