Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Samaani Factory for Metal Industries Company has signed a three-year logistic service agreement with the National Aquaculture Group (NAQUA) for SAR 33.46 million.

The investment comes in the realisation of Al Samaani’s expansion and diversification plans in the logistic services activity, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Through the deal, NAQUA’s products will be stored at Al Samaani’s refrigerators in Jeddah, with the transaction's financial impact to reflect as of the end of the third quarter (Q3) of 2020.
