Cairo – Mubasher: Amer Group Holding Co signed a protocol of cooperation with the Egyptian Financial Group Hermes Holding (EFG Hermes) to advise on and arrange a securitised bond transaction.  

Under the protocol, EFG Hermes will act as the financial advisor, arranger, and promoter of the issuance, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.  

Other advisors and relevant parties will be announced once selected.

The company will submit a request to the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to approve the issuance within the coming few months.
