Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt is set to launch a digital portal in August, offering citizens the ability to access several services online, the country’s prime minister Mostafa Madbouly said.

The online portal will include traffic and investment services with the aim of providing 155 services by the end of 2020, according to state TV.

Madbouly further revealed that the average internet speed in Egypt jumped to the second position in Africa, compared to a previous ranking of 40, thanks to the large investments injected into this sector.
