Mubasher: The shareholders of Agility Public Warehousing have approved to pay out 5% cash dividends or 5 fils per share for 2019, according to a press release on Monday.

The shareholders also agreed on distributing bonus shares, equivalent to 5% of the paid-up capital, at five shares for every 100 shares.

The entitlement date and dividend distribution dates were set on 26 July and 28 July, respectively, if the company completed the relevant procedures amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, the company's net profits increased by 7% year-on-year to KWD 86.8 million, compared to KWD 81.1 million in 2018.
