Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait kept their downward performance for the second session in a row, as the All-Share index and Premier Market index retreated by 0.55% and 0.73%, respectively, by the end of Wednesday's trading session.
The Main Market and the BK Main Market 50 indices went down 0.09% and 0.11%, respectively.
Turnover increased by 13.7% to KWD 20.57 million, compared to KWD 18.09 million during the previous session, while the trading volume declined by 10.8% to 111.93 million shares from 125.41 million shares.
The consumer services sector led seven decliners with 1.14%, while the oil and gas segment came on top of three risers with 0.2%.
Dar Al Thuraya Real Estate topped the red zone with 13.38%, while First Takaful Insurance (FTI) headed the green zone with around 9.41%.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH), down 0.98%, posted the highest turnover of KWD 3.69 million, while Ahli United Bank BSC (AUB), which stabilised at 176 fils, recorded the highest trading volume of 13.45 million shares.
