DFM closes Wednesday on marginal losses
The market cap value increased by AED 510m

Dubai - Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down 0.04% to end Wednesday's trading session at 2,064.39 points, extending its losses from a day earlier.

A total of 197.77 million shares were traded through 2,901 transactions at a total value of AED 162.13 million.

The market cap value increased by AED 510 million to AED 293.44 billion, compared to AED 292.93 billion.

The services sector led the gainers with 1.93%, while the investment and financial services segment came on top of the decliners with 0.78%.

Aramex topped 13 losing stocks with 4.92%, while DAMAC Properties headed 13 rising stocks with 7.15%.

Gulf Navigation Holding was the most active stock with 57.65 million shares traded at a total value of AED 28.81 million.

Meanwhile, Dubai Investments dropped by 0.86%, while DXB Entertainments rose by 0.80%.
