Riyadh – Mubasher: The Board of Directors of Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) Company recommended a cash dividend distribution of SAR 1 per share to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2020.

The total dividend value amounts to SAR 20 million and represents 10% of the company's capital, according to a stock exchange filing on Sunday.

Eligibility of dividends will be to the company’s shareholders at the end of Tuesday, 21 July, as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The distribution date will be announced later on, the statement added.

Last year, MIS signalled a 17.76% year-on-year (YoY) increase in profit at SAR 75.97 million from SAR 64.51 million in 2018.
