Riyadh - Mubasher: Derayah Financial will distribute cash dividends to Derayah REIT unitholders of SAR 0.09 per unit for the second quarter (Q2) of 2020.

The distribution will be to 107.5 million units at a total value of SAR 9.67 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

The amount represents 0.9% of the unit’s initial price and 0.97% of the net asset value (NAV) as per the financial statements for 2019.

Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders registered in the records of the Securities Depository Center at the end of the maturity date on 15 July, while the distribution will be within 13 working days from the due date.
