Dubai – Mubasher: DP World announced its re-registration as a private company, as well as changing its name, according to a disclosure to Nasdaq Dubai.

The Registrar of companies of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has issued on Wednesday a certificate of conversion confirming that, on 5 July 2020, DP World PLC was re-registered as a private company.

In addition, the company has changed its name to “DP World Limited” and adopted amended articles of association as of 5 July 2020.
