More than 35,025 calls were received in June

Riyadh - Mubasher: Beneficiary satisfaction of the services provided by the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) hit 94.65% during June 2020, with an outstanding evaluation of 99.63%, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.

The council’s customer service centre received more than 35,025 calls in June and nearly 11,211 complaints, of which 5,193 were inquiries about different insurance procedures, the council's spokesperson, Yasser Al Maarek, revealed.

The number of complaints positively signals the improvement in the customer service system and reflects the increased awareness of the rights of the insureds, he added.

Moreover, the council has achieved significant milestones to upgrade the industry position in line with the beneficiaries’ aspirations via automation of complaints procedures and promotion of digital transformation.

Customer service representatives now communicate with customers in Arabic, English, and Urdu, Al Maarek added.
