Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait ended Sunday’s trading session on a higher note, as the all-share index rose by 0.47%, while the premiere and main market indices levelled up by 0.57% and 0.19%, respectively.
Similarly, the BK main 50 index added 0.48%.
Traded volumes amounted to 215.41 million shares, increasing by 45% compared with the previous session, with the traded values growing by 63.4% to KWD 37.88 million.
Six market sectors closed in green, led by basic materials that added 1.27%, while the insurance sector topped four declining sector indices as it closed down by 1.61%.
Ream Real Estate led the rising stocks and surged by around 20%, while Metal and Recycling dropped 9.58% and closed as the biggest losing stock.
AUB – Bahrain led the trading activity on all levels with the highest turnover of KW 12.35 million and the largest traded volume of 65.58 million shares.
