Sharjah hires bank to issue 30-year Formosa bond
Sharjah has hired banks to issue Formosa bonds

UAE - Mubasher: Sharjah has hired banks to issue US dollar-denominated Formosa bonds for 30 years, according to Reuters. 

The hired banks are Citi, Emirates NBD Capital, HSBC, Invest Bank, JPMorgan, and Standard Chartered, which will arrange an investor call on Monday, as shown by a cited document from one of the banks.

Following the investor calls, the 30-year Formosa bonds, which are sold in Taiwan by foreign borrowers and denominated in currencies other than the Taiwanese dollar, will be issued based on market conditions.
