Cairo – Mubasher: TAQA Arabia’s Master Gas has inaugurated the first natural gas fuelling station in New Cairo’s Rehab City in collaboration with the National Road Company’s Chill Out.

The new natural gas fueling station has the capacity to handle 30 vehicles per hour, according to a statement on Tuesday.

TAQA Arabia, a subsidiary of Qalaa Holdings, is looking to build 13 new natural gas fuelling stations in Egypt during 2020 as part of the company’s plan to launch 50 stations during the coming three years with investments of more than EGP 650 million, the company’s CEO Pakinam Kafafi said.

Master gas is the first company to cooperate with Chill Out in launching a natural gas fuelling station.

It is worth mentioning that the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah urged banks to provide soft loans at zero-to-low interest rates to help citizens covert their cars to run on natural gas.
