Riyadh – Mubasher: Abo Moati for Bookstores Company’s board recommended distributing cash dividends of SAR 10 million or SAR 0.5 per share to shareholders for the fiscal year (FY) ending on 31 March 2020.

The proposed dividends represent 5% of the share’s par value, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

A total of 20 million shares are eligible for the dividends.

Eligibility of dividends will be to the shareholders at the end of the general assembly’s meeting day, registered at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date, which will be announced later.

The distribution date will also be announced later, the statement concluded.
