Riyadh - Mubasher: Muscat Capital will pay cash dividends worth SAR 5.72 million to Al Mashaar REIT unitholders for the first half (H1) of 2020.

With 57.24 million units, the distribution will be at SAR 0.10 per unit, representing 1% of the unit’s initial price and 1.01% of the net asset value (NAV) as at 30 June 2020, according to a stock exchange statement on Wednesday.

Eligibility of cash dividends will be to unitholders as per registry at the end of 23 July 2020, the end of the trading day on 21 July, while the distribution date will take place within 15 working days from the maturity date.
