Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital will pay cash dividends worth SAR 8.16 million to Taleem REIT Fund unitholders for the period from 1 April 2020 to 30 June.

The amount is equivalent to SAR 0.16 per unit and represents 1.6% of the unit’s initial price, with 51 million eligible existing units, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

It further represents 1.54% of the net asset value (NAV) as at 31 December 2019.

Eligibility of cash dividends will be to unitholders as per registry at the end of 21 July 2020, the end of the trading day on 19 July. The distributions will take place within 15 working days.
