Emirates reoperates A380 for first time since March
Emirates Airline will resume a daily operation of A380

UAE - Mubasher: Emirates Airline announced the introduction of its A380 aircraft on its daily service to Amsterdam and the addition of a second daily A380 service to London Heathrow starting from 1 August, according to a press release on Wednesday.

This announcement followed the return of A380 to serve passenger flights to London Heathrow and Paris Charles De Gaulle on Wednesday for the first time since the suspension of flights in March due to coronavirus (COVID-19).

Emirates flight to Paris Charles De Gaulle will be the first and only scheduled A380 flight to operate at the European airport since the pandemic outbreak.

Throughout the day, Emirates will resume passenger flights to seven additional cities, comprising Athens, Barcelona, Geneva, Glasgow, Larnaca, Munich, and Rome.

Over the next two days, the airline will also restart its services to Malé, Washington DC, and Brussels.

It is noteworthy to mention that in May, Emirates announced the resumption of regular passenger flights to nine destinations starting 21 May after taking preventive measures to ensure the safety of its passengers and employees.
