Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Orascom Construction PLC has decided to pay out cash dividends of $0.21 per share, according to the company's disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.

The company has set 5 August as the record date and 12 August as the distribution date.

The Company will distribute the dividends in US dollar to the members holding ordinary shares on Nasdaq Dubai and in Egyptian Pounds to the members holding ordinary shares on EGX at the record date.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the first three months of 2020, the company's net profits reached $24.9 million, compared to $33.7 million in the same period of 2019.
