Riyadh – Mubasher: Jabal Omar Development Company announced the issuance of the uniform title deed on its project in Makkah at a total area of 231,939 square metres.

The deed, issued on 16 July, is expected to strengthen the company’s ability to finance current and planned projects as well as expansions, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

This move is in line with the company's strategic transformation plan which began at the beginning of 2020.
