Riyadh – Mubasher: Jadwa Investment Company will pay SAR 28.44 million worth of cash dividends to Jadwa REIT unitholders for the second quarter (Q2) of 2020.

At SAR 0.18 per unit, the dividends represent 1.80% of the unit’s initial price and 1.61% of the net asset value (NAV) as per the financial statements issued on 31 December 2019, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.

The eligibility of dividends will be for the unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of Tuesday, 11 August 2020, the end of the trading day on 9 August. The distribution will take place within 20 business days following the due date.
