ADX closes Tuesday in losses
Turnover amounted to AED 156.02m

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) inched down 0.15% or 6.42 points to settle at 4,324.33 points by the end of Tuesday's trading session, unlike its positive performance on Monday, 27 July.

Turnover amounted to AED 156.02 million after 124.64 million shares had been exchanged through 2,257 transactions.

The telecommunications sector topped the decliners with 0.47%, while the energy segment headed the risers with 1.90%.

 Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries (Julphar) came on top of the red zone with 4.39%, while Abu Dhabi National Energy (TAQA) led the green zone with 11.5%.

TAQA posted the highest turnover of AED 29.39 million, while Manazel Holding recorded the highest trading volume of 42.57 million shares.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) led the losing blue chips with 2.33%, while Aldar Properties topped the rising blue chips with 0.58%.
