Barwa Real Estate company has announced the signing of a new financing agreement with a local Bank in the total aggregate amount of QAR 800 million. The purpose of the agreement is to finance the Company’s working capital and current projects financing needs. The new financing period for the facility will extend to seven years. Noting that there is no conflict of interest between the contracting parties to this agreement.A
