Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Customs has eased the precautionary measurements imposed on trucks arriving from GCC countries, allowing those carrying goods for the kingdom to enter via land ports.

However, truck drivers will be checked for COVID-19 symptoms, according to an official statement.

The step comes in implementation of the royal decree approving the vision of the Political and Security Affairs Council to lighten preventive measures.

Since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, Saudi Customs imposed several restrictions and preventive measures on freight traffic through land entry points.
