Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Kathiri Holding Company on Wednesday said its subsidiary Alian Industry Company was chosen to supply 25,000 cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete, both regular and reinforced, to Tamimi Global Co for SAR 5.249 million.

Tamimi will then supply the concrete to the Murcia Housing Project affiliated to the National Housing Company (NHS), according to a bourse disclosure.

The contract period is extended over 90 days, and the material impact of the transaction will reflect on the company’s financials during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2020.
