Riyadh - Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Health announced on Thursday 1,402 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases to raise the total number of cases to 284,226.

The total number of recoveries increased to 247,089, as 1,775 cases have recovered over the past 24 hours.

Meanwhile, 35 deaths were recorded to bring the total number of deaths to 3,055.

Globally, 18.84 million COVID-19 cases, 11.38 million recoveries, and 708,278 deaths have been registered.
