Riyadh – Mubasher: Arriyadh Development Company held the first spot among real estate developers listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) as per the evaluation issued by Bloomberg L.P. on 20 July 2020.

The Saudi firm generated the highest dividend payout ratio, return on equity (ROE) and invested capital during the past 12 months, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

In the second quarter (Q2) of the year, Arriyadh Development gained net profits of SAR 54.56 million, an increase of 9% from SAR 50.04 million in the corresponding quarter in 2019.
