Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Advanced Industries Co (SAIC) will pay cash dividends of SAR 12.5 million to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2020.

The amount is equivalent to SAR 0.25 per share and represents 2.5% of the share’s par value, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

Eligibility of dividends will be to shareholders at the end of the maturity date scheduled on 30 August 2020, as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The distribution date is 16 September.
