Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, announced the appointment of Major General Sherif Seif El-Din as an advisor to the PM for combating corruption.

The new advisor, 57, served as commander of Egypt's southern military zone, commander of the Egyptian peacekeeping forces in South Sudan, and the Defence Ministry's attaché in Germany, according to a cabinet statement on Sunday.
