Saudi Aramco cuts October Arab light crude price to Asia

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) slashed the October official selling prices (OSPs) for the Arab light crude it sells to Asia by $1.40 a barrel, to 50 cents a barrel below the Oman/Dubai average, Reuters recently reported.

As for Northwest European customers, the Saudi oil company reduced its October Arab light OSP at a discount of $2 per barrel (pb) to Brent, down 20 cents when compared to September.

The oil giant set the October OSP of its Arab light crude oil sold to the US at a $1.05 a barrel premium to the Argus Sour Crude Index (ASCI), down 60 cents from the previous month.
