Riyadh – Mubasher: Ejar programme, which is affiliated to Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing, on Tuesday said a total of 110,000 residential and commercial lease contracts were notarized during August 2020.

The percentage of residential lease contracts on the rental services electronic platform that benefit from the monthly payment advantage reached 32% by the end of the previous month.

Moreover, the number of commercial contracts that use the same monthly payment feature is also growing.

Ejar is an integrated system launched with the aim to develop the housing and real estate sector in the kingdom in a balanced manner by finding sustainable solutions to the challenges of the real estate market.
