Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Abo Moati for Bookstores Company decided to pay cash dividends of SAR 10 million to shareholders for the fiscal year (FY) ended on 31 March 2020.

The approved amount represents SAR 0.50 per share or 5% of the company’s capital, according to a stock exchange filing on Thursday.

Shareholders will be entitled to receive the dividends at the end of the OGM meeting day, as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The distribution date will be announced later on.

In FY 2019/2020, Abo Moati gained SAR 14.78 million in net profits after Zakat and tax, 18.8% less than the previous year.
