Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday in the green, as all the market indices ended today’s trading session in gains for the second consecutive session with a noticeable increase in traded volumes.
The Premier Market index closed higher by 0.32%, while the all-share index added 0.39%. Meanwhile, the main and BK main 50 indices levelled up by 0.57% and 0.71%, respectively.
Traded volumes increased by 34.2%, compared with its level on Thursday, to 479.05 million shares, which the highest level year-to-date.
Traded values also grew by 16% to KWD 42.47 million, up from KWD 36.63 million in the previous session.
Six market sectors finished in the green zone, led by the technology index that added 6.43%, while five sectors finished in losses led by commercial goods that plunged by 0.4%.
