Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) said an optional purchase offer draft was submitted by Ahli United Bank – Bahrain (AUB Bahrain) and an Egyptian investment firm to invest on the shares of Ahli United Bank - Egypt (AUB Egypt)

The offer includes up to 43.54 million shares at a price of EGP 29.793 per share, representing up to 14.52% and complementing for 100% of the bank’s shares,  according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.

The FRA noted that it is currently studying the said offer.
