Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Multiply Marketing Consultancy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Holdings Company (IHC), has acquired a stake in Yieldmo, a US digital advertising and attention analytics company.
Through this acquisition, Multiply seeks to improve its services, including branding, marketing strategies, advertising, social media, and market research.
Supported by leading investors such as Google Ventures and Union Square Ventures, Yieldmo has launched a mobile advertising platform, combined with machine learning capabilities.
Multiply's Managing Director, Samia Bouazza, commented: "Yieldmo is at the forefront of employing technologies to create beneficial solutions for consumers and marketers. This is making the marketing industry more efficient, creative, and data-driven."
It is noteworthy to mention that in early 2020, IHC has acquired Multiply as part of its strategy to expand into high-growth industries and tech-driven companies.
