UAE - Mubasher: Dubai-headquartered Al Habtoor Group has revealed its plans to open a representative office in Israel, according to the Chairman of the group, Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor.
This announcement was made during a meeting held between Al Habtoor and the Co-owner, Chairman, and CEO of Israel's Ampa Group, Shlomi Fogel, at the AHG headquarters, according to a press release on Sunday.
The meeting coincided with the signing of the Abraham Accords Peace Agreement in Washington DC between the UAE and Israel on 15 September.
Al Habtoor said: "Since the announcement of the normalization of relationships between the UAE and Israel, We have received a large number of inquiries for collaboration in several fields, ranging from AI and technology to agriculture, hospitality, and trading."
