Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) closed Wednesday’s trading session in the green territory with the main EGX30 index rising by 0.15% to 10,979 points.

Meanwhile, the small- and mid-cap EGX70 EWI climbed by 1.99% to 2,009, while the EGX100 EWI advanced by 1.6% to 2,903 points.

Likewise, the EGX50 EWI increased by 1.55% to close at 2,074 points.

The market cap value grew by EGP 2.9 billion to stand at EGP 620.132 billion.

Foreign investors were net sellers with EGP 37.214 million, while local and Arab investors were net buyers with EGP 2.95 million and EGP 34.26 million, respectively.

The market’s turnover reached EGP 1.29 billion after 416.92 million shares were exchanged through about 48,550 transactions.
